<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join a growing and collaborative business support team based at Harwell Campus.</p>

<p>This role is ideal for someone with previous bid support, proposal coordination, or project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.</p>

<p>Working closely with Business Development and operational teams, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, coordinating submissions, and supporting the successful delivery of bids and proposals across a range of projects.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

	<li>Monitoring tender portals, frameworks, and online opportunities to identify suitable bids and proposals</li>
	<li>Supporting the bid qualification and go/no-go decision-making process</li>
	<li>Assisting with the preparation and coordination of tender submissions and proposal documents</li>
	<li>Conducting research and compiling information to support high-quality bid responses</li>
	<li>Formatting, proofreading, and editing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>
	<li>Supporting the creation of engaging proposal content when required</li>
	<li>Managing bid deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all documentation</li>
	<li>Creating and maintaining project plans and schedules using internal systems and software</li>
	<li>Maintaining organised bid libraries and ensuring documentation is accessible and up to date</li>
	<li>Tracking bid activity, maintaining records, and supporting analysis of win/loss data</li>
	<li>Assisting with continuous improvement of bid and proposal processes</li>
	<li>Working collaboratively with internal teams to support successful project delivery</li>
	<li>Ensuring compliance with company policies relating to health &amp; safety, security, and environmental procedures</li>

	<li>Previous experience in bid coordination, proposal support, administration, or a similar role</li>
	<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
	<li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li>
	<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively</li>
	<li>High attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities</li>
	<li>Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint</li>
	<li>Professional and proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills</li>

	<li>Flexible and adaptable attitude in a busy working environment</li>
