    Telesales Executive - Oxfordshire

    My client is a fast-growing technology company based in beautiful Oxfordshire. With high-demand products and a friendly, collaborative team, they offer a great environment for success and development.

    Role Overview

    We’re seeking a Telesales Executive to generate leads and support the Sales & Marketing Team. You’ll make outbound calls, identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and book appointments, helping drive new business and re-engage existing customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Outbound calling to prospects, customers, and lapsed accounts

    • Identifying key stakeholders and gathering key information

    • Updating and maintaining CRM data

    • Supporting marketing campaigns and event invites

    • Booking calls and meetings for the Sales Team

    • Spotting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

    • Meeting activity targets and KPIs

    Skills & Experience

    • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills

    • Resilient, tenacious, and proactive

    • Strong organisational and data entry skills

    • Ability to build rapport and work well with others

    • Able to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks

    • Experience useful, but a willingness to learn is essential
