    Supply Chain Administrator - Abingdon

    Job Description

    To provide a full support in the administration of various databases relating to product information, purchase orders, shipment tracking and stock adjustments.

    Job Requirements

    Able to work to deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator. The role has many areas of responsibility and requires daily liaison with key teams including the Chinese sourcing office, sales and finance teams.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Using Sage 200 for purchase order and shipment data entry
    • Accurate and timely data entry to support business reporting
    • Check Sales Contracts from Suppliers correlate with Purchase Order requirement
    • Administration of both electronic and paper-based filing systems
    • Booking deliveries into Sage 200 system
    • Accurate and timely to enable visibility of warehouse stock
    • Action stock adjustments and transfers in Sage 200 based on instructions from warehouse operations teams.
    • Ad hoc support within the Supply Team department or other teams in the business
