WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead strategic business discussions, developing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build and develop commercial opportunities through to successful agreements and delivery.
- Take complex discussions, ideas and priorities and turn them into clear, structured plans and actions.
- Manage strategic projects, timelines and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing strategy, including campaigns, social media and events.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency using AI and emerging technologies.
- Ensure key opportunities, communications and activities remain aligned with wider business objectives.
- Oversee marketing activity and ensure communications, events and messaging support strategic goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership and support the CEO's team to ensure actions and projects remain focused on strategic priorities.
- Bring fresh thinking and identify new ways of working, improving processes and delivering results.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who is bright, commercially aware, technically curious and highly proactive.
You'll ideally have:
- A strong technical background and genuine interest in technology, software, science or mathematics.
- The ability to understand complex subjects quickly, challenge assumptions and ask insightful questions.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.
- Experience managing projects and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- The ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
- Previous management or leadership experience would be advantageous, particularly if you enjoy mentoring and developing others.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving systems, software or technology would be beneficial.
