My Client is a medium sized and rapidly growing company located in Oxfordshire. The National Accounts Team are a small and friendly team who work with a wide range of customers and internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met. The National Accounts Administrator works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised, and customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. This is predominantly a desk-based role, but also involves product review and sample management.
Key Tasks

- Maintain Key Customer administration files
- Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes
- Carry out retail pricing market research - online and store visits, obtaining samples
- Help to prepare and create presentation documents – Excel or PowerPoint
- Manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, unpacking, reviewing, weighing and measuring, recording, packing and despatching as required
- Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries
- Complete all customer product information forms and any other information require
- Working with various customer portals
- Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution
- Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses
- Provide general support to National Account Managers and the team
