I’m currently supporting a growing organisation in Oxfordshire looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their expanding People team.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the business, helping shape people strategy while delivering practical HR support in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting organisational growth through strong talent management, employee relations expertise and leadership coaching.
The role will involve:
- Partnering with managers to support business planning and organisational development
- Leading talent and succession planning initiatives
- Managing employee relations matters and supporting managers through complex cases
- Supporting change initiatives and driving a positive, high-performing culture
- Using people data and insight to support business decisions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Is confident advising and influencing managers and senior stakeholders
- Has strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Enjoys building relationships and developing leadership capability
The role offers hybrid working, but due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
If this could be of interest, I’d be happy to share further details.
