Are you a creative, data-driven email marketer ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an Email & Data Marketing Manager to lead our campaigns, automation journeys, and audience engagement strategies. What you’ll do:
- Lead the email marketing strategy to boost engagement, lead generation, and customer retention
- Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns and automation journeys
- Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and deliverability best practices
- Maintain high data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Manage and mentor our Email Marketing Executive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with wider business goals
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (ideally Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- HTML skills for email content creation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to optimise campaign performance
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of email compliance and data best practices
