    • Building Customer Relationships: Liaising with buyers and stock management teams to provide updates on order progress, stock availability and delivery schedules.
    • Supporting Sales Performance: Maintaining customer listings and price lists, preparing sales figures for Key Sales Managers and helping create engaging sales presentations.
    • Resolving Queries: Acting as a key contact for order and invoice queries, working with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
    • Managing Returns and Credits: Using Sage to raise sales orders, credits and debits where products are faulty, damaged or no longer required.
    • Working Across Teams: Collaborating with warehouse and finance colleagues to keep orders moving and ensure everything runs efficiently.
    • Supporting E-Commerce Operations: Assisting with product imports, product information, sample requests and general order processing.

    About you:

    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
    • Clear communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
    • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • The confidence to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Experience with B2B portals or order-processing systems would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're happy to provide comprehensive training for someone with the right attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn.

    Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to become an important part of a busy E-Commerce team, gaining exposure to sales administration, customer relationships, stock management and order fulfilment. No two days need to be the same, and you'll play a key role in helping the business deliver an efficient and reliable service to its customers. If you're organised, enthusiastic and enjoy being at the heart of a team that gets things done, we'd love to hear from you!
