Contract Manager - Construction & Property

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing hard surfaces and facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ISO14001 standards is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
